摘要
微机芯片是工业自控系统的"大脑",是非常成熟而价廉的产品,但传感器价格却往往大大高于微机芯片,因此成为自动控制技术在低价格设备上应用的"瓶颈"。为此,介绍了一种结合使用普通弹簧管式压力表、格雷码盘、光电读码和数字滤波技术设计低成本压力传感器的方法,其数据处理部分可嵌入到设备控制用的单片机系统中,实现了低成本目的。
The computer chip, as the "brain" of industrial automation system, is very mature and cheap. But the sensor price is often much higher than the computer chip, so it becomes the "bottleneck" of using the automatic control technology in the low price equipment. For this purpose, this paper introduces a low-cost pressure sensor design combined with ordinary Bourdon tube pressure gauge, Gray code disk, optical reading and digital filter technology. The part of the digital processing can be embedded in the microcontroller system of the equipment to achieve the low-cost objective.
