G.D包装机组CT条盒成型上胶原设计上胶装置为纯机械装置,在长期生产过程中发现存在着一些缺点,针对原装置存在的缺点,引进了改进的上胶系统——G.D条盒圆珠型上胶装置。在实际应用中,该装置消除了原系统的许多弊端,使用效果良好。但系统不仅需要维护,同时运行中也会出现一些技术故障,需要及时检测、分析和维修,为此针对系统的工作原理及运行过程进行了深入的研究和分析,并归纳总结出了一些故障检测方法和故障维修方法,特别是通过对系统电气参数的调整使其工作更加稳定可靠。

As for the disadvantages of the original device, this paper improves the improved dispensing system--G. D box-grained plastic device. In the real prac- tice, the device eliminates many drawbacks of the original system, leading to favorable results. However, the system needs maintenance and some technical faults may appear which need fault check, analysis and mainte- nance. Thus, this paper makes a deep study and analysis of the working principle and process of this system. It also summarizes some fault check and maintaining methods. The methods are effective especially in the case the adjustment of electrical parameters of the system is made.
