摘要
常州在国家创新型城市建设过程中已经率先启动并积累了十分丰富的可开发资源,文章从常州市情出发,提出构建以龙头企业集群带动、龙身产业伸展、龙腿支撑成长、龙爪落实成长和龙云公共平台成长结合的创新产业体系——"龙成长模式",希望能为常州创新产业的发展提供有效支持。
Changzhou city has taken the lead to start and accumulated rich development resources during the process of building national innovation-oriented city. Based on Changzhou＇s own real situation,this paper proposes the innovative industry system of ＂Dragon-like Growth＂ model, hoping to provide effective support for the development of innovative industries in Changzhou. To be specific, this model takes leading enterprises in cluster as the head of dragon to provide impetus,industry development as the dragon＇s body, industry support as the dragon＇s legs, industry determine as the dragon＇s paws, and industry environment as the flaky clouds.
