摘要
从交易费用入手,分析了房地产开发过程中影响建造成本的因素以及反映交易费用的可计量因子。并从产生交易费用的因子入手,利用灰色系统理论的关联度分析各因子对房价的影响程度。
The author discussed the influencing factors in the process of real estate development from the perspective of transaction cost. In addition, the author tried to quantify the transaction costs that can he measured factors. The paper also made use of correlation analytical method of grey system theory to solve the problem of the factors that influence degree of house prices.
