多功能抓抛一体机工作装置的有限元分析

摘要 根据黄河治理的需要,在液压式挖掘机的工作装置上,配备了多功能扶抓,开发的多功能抓抛一体机,能够完成黄河治理时对筑坝材料的抓、运、抛等工作。本文以最大工况载荷时对新开发的多功能抓抛一体机的工作装置铲斗和扶抓进行了强度校核,结果表明,新开发的工作装置强度足够,能够满足现代治黄的需要。 According to the demand of Yellow River management, multi-function talon was installed on work device of hydraulic excavator. Multi-function to grasp and throw integral whole machine was developed which could complete to grasp, transport and throw dam material etc. The newly developed work device of multi-function to grasp and throw integral whole machine, to wit scraper pan and talon were. carried out strength cheek in the biggest work condition. The result indicated that the strength of the lately developed work equip was enough, and that it could satisfy the demand of modem Yellow River management.
