摘要
在数控车削加工实践中螺纹加工工艺已非常成熟,现尝试在曲面回转体(球面、椭球面以及抛物面、双曲面等)内、外表面加工出螺纹,采用切线法和割线法进行试验,能有效地加工出凸、凹球面上的螺纹。曲面螺纹加工工艺可以应用于一些特殊的蜗杆加工中或者一些拓展应用领域。
