摘要
本文以轮边减速器的体积最小作为优化目标函数,根据轮边减速器的结构特点确定设计变量和约束条件,并建立数学模型;采用MATLAB优化工具箱,用遗传算法对其结构进行优化计算,以某一型轮边减速器为例。结果表明:此方法有很好的优化效果,大大减少了轮边减速器的外形尺寸;此方法的可行性也对工程机械领域的结构优化有了一定的理论依据。
In this study, the establishment of optimal objective function of wheel edges gear reducer mainly aims at reducing the structure's volume. According to the structural characteristics of wheel edges gear reducer, the design variables and constraint conditions of the model were determined and an optimal mathematical model of the wheel edges gear reducer was also set up. The structural optimization was carried out by GA (genetic algorithm) based on MATLAB software. Taking a type of wheel edges gear reducer as an example, the results have shown that this method can obtain a better optimal structural scheme, and could effectively reduce the wheel edges gear reducer' s dimensions. The feasibility and validity of this method have been proved and it has important theoretical basis.
