摘要
碟簧本身的几何结构是非线性的,传统的碟簧设计理论认为,当碟簧高厚比(h0/t)小于0.5时,其载荷-位移呈现线性关系。本文对涡轮钻具平衡组件中的高厚比小于0.5的碟形弹簧进行了实验和有限元分析;逐渐增大载荷值,得到了线性分析和非线性分析的载荷-位移特性曲线;线性分析的载荷-位移特性曲线与实验数据的回归曲线基本一致,而非线性分析得到的载荷-位移特性曲线与实验数据有一定差距。
The geometrical struct of disc spring is nonlinear,the traditional theory on design consider the load-displacement of disc is linear as depth-thickness ratito is less than 0. 5. In this paper,experiment and FEM Analysis have been carried out on disc spring used in turbodrill ,the depth-thickness ratio of this disc spring is less than 0.5 ;the value of the load have been increased little by little,and the load-displacement curve of linear analysis and nonlinear analysis have been gained ;the load-displacement curve of FEM linear analysis has a good agreement with the regression curve of the experiment result,but the load-displacement curve of FEM nonlinear analysis is different from the experiment result.
