摘要
目的研究超极化激活的环化核苷酸门控通道亚型1(HCN1)在胃肠道中的分布状况及特点。方法采用免疫荧光双标记技术的方法,在大鼠食管、胃肠中对HCN1与c-kit进行免疫荧光双标记。结果 HCN1在食管、胃以及空回肠的ICC-MY、ICC-SM广泛分布,以胃底体交界处分布最为密集,后依次为食管、十二指肠、回盲部、空肠、回肠。结论 HCN1存在于胃肠道ICC细胞上,在胃肠道上呈不均匀分布。
Objective To investigate the distribution and characteristics of hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated cation channel-1 ( HCN1 ) in gastrointestinal tract. Methods The immunofluorescence double-labeling stain was used to label HCN1 and c- kit in esophagus and gastrointestinal tract. Results HCN1 were widely distributed in the submucosal (ICC-SM) and inter-muscular layers (ICC-MY) of gastrointestinal tract, most densely at the junction of the gastric fundus and gastric body, followed by the esopha- gus,duodenum,ileocecus,jejunum and ileum. Conclusion HCN1 exists in the ICC of the gastrointestinal tract, and is unevenly dis- tributed in the gastrointestinal tract.
