摘要 目的研究胚胎特异性基因NANOG在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测NANOG在正常宫颈组织(10例)、CINⅢ(10例)及宫颈鳞状细胞癌(30例)组织中的表达。结果 NANOG在宫颈癌组织、CINⅢ及正常宫颈组织的阳性率分别为90%(27/30)、70%(7/10)及0(0/10)。与正常宫颈组织相比,NANOG基因在宫颈癌和CINⅢ中的表达显著升高(P<0.05),并且NANOG的高表达与组织分化程度关系密切(P<0.05)。结论 NANOG基因在介导宫颈癌的发生过程中可能有着重要的作用,可作为肿瘤敏感性、特异性的标志及治疗靶点之一。 Objective To investigate the expression of NANOG,an embryonic stem cell marker,in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expression of NANOG in 30 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma, 10 cases of CIN 11, 10 cases of normal cervical epithelium. Results The NANOG positive rates were 90% (27/30) in in- vasive cervical carcinoma ,70% (7/10) in CIN m and 0 in normal cervical tissues. NANOG protein expression level was significantly higher in cervical cancer and CIN In tissues than that in the normal cervical tissues(P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of NANOG was closely related with the degree of tumor differentiation( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The results suggest that NANOG may play a crucial role in the development of cervical carcinoma,which can be used as a sensitive and specific tumor marker and a therapeutic target.
