广州大学城高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务调查分析

Research on the Digital Reference Service of University Library of Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center

数字参考咨询服务是图书馆网络环境下提供服务的重要方式。在对广州大学城10所高校图书馆开展的数字参考咨询服务现状进行全面调查的基础上,对调查结果进行深入分析,发现存在经费不足、基础设施落后、服务方式单一、标准化合作化程度低等问题,就其发展现状和存在的问题,提出了加大投入力度和重视程度、改变服务观念、多层次服务优化整合、加大DRS宣传、加强用户培训、加强数字参考咨询服务的合作等发展对策。以期加强10所高校图书馆对虚拟参考咨询服务的重视,促进高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务的发展。

Digital Reference Service is the important method under the web circumstance. Based on the investigation of 10 University libraries in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center, find that they have problems like financial deficiency, backward infrastructure, service mode single, low standardized and low cooperative. And put forward some develop strategies, increasing input and pay more attention to, renew service concept, provided diversified service, strengthen propagation and user training and cooperation of Digital Reference Service.
