摘要 早期盲人的视觉剥夺会导致听觉定位行为的增强以弥补视觉丧失的缺陷,而这一行为代偿现象的神经机制是枕叶皮质区右背侧束发生了跨感觉通道重组。基于这一跨通道重组理论,我们除了在行为学上对早期盲人进行常规的康复指导训练,发掘其在音乐、语言模仿等听觉言语学习上的特殊才能,使其能够从事更多的行业外,我们还可研发新型的非侵入性感觉替换装置和侵入性的视觉假体来帮助早期盲人进行视觉康复。 Visual deprivation of the early blind leads to the improvement of auditory-spatial abilities in order to compensate the deficit. The neural mechanism of this behavioral compensation is the cross-modal processing of auditory-spatial in the right dorsal occipital stream. Based on the cross-modal plasticity, we can give early blindness the conventional rehabilitation training such as music and linguistic imitation in the behavioral level so that they can work on more profession. Apart from that, we can make use of novel methods like non-invasive visual-to-anditory sensory substitution and invasive visual prosthetic implants to help early blindness restore
