摘要
大多数早期的前列腺癌对去势和抗雄治疗敏感,治疗效果较好。但随后前列腺癌细胞逐渐对激素不敏感,此时再用抗雄治疗效果较差,而病人常常死于此转变。为了阐明前列腺癌非雄激素依赖性的转变机制,许多研究工作者对此不断研究并提出多条与之相关的细胞内信号通路的转变。本文主要对几条公认的、对雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌形成起关键作用的信号通路作一个简单的综述,便于了解信号通路如何改变和对肿瘤的形成所起的作用。
Most prostate cancer patients are benefit from the therapy of castration or androgen blockade in the early stage. But as the disease progressing, lots of patients are not sensitive to hormonal therapy anymore and died of androgen independent prostate cancer. In order to clarify the mechanism of ADPC transforming to AIPC, many researchers are continue exploring related signal pathway involved in this process. In this paper we mainly review some widely recognized, key signal pathways functioning in AIPC transforming and make easy to understand the signal pathway how to influence the cancer progressing.
