国际港口经营方式由粗放式经营向内涵式经营方向转变,港口功能从装卸服务型向港口服务供应链型转移,港区与保税区一体化建设步伐加快,"无水港"战略凸显。国际港口环境的变化,势必影响高职院校港口人才的培养。相关高职院校应以港口核心岗位所需能力和素养为依托,拓展港口专业适应未来港口的发展趋势,构建适应国际港口环境变化的高职院校港口专业课程体系。

The operation mode of the international port has been turning from the extensive man- agement to the intensive operation, and the ports＇ function has been transferring from the loading and unloading service to the port supply chain service with the accelerating integration of the port and the free trade zone, which highlights the ＂dry port＂ strategy. Changes in the international port environ- ment are bound to affect the talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Relevant higher voca- tional colleges should expand port majors to adapt to the future port development trends on the basis of the abilities and competencies required by the core positions of ports, and build port curriculum sys- tem which can acclimatize to changes in the international port environment.
