校企合作利用校内实训基地资源开展员工技能培训,可以充分发挥高职院校校内实训基地实训设备和师资技术力量优势,又能提高企业员工的技能水平和综合素质,促进企业的进一步发展,实现校企"优势互补、资源共享、互惠互利、共同发展"的双赢局面。高职院校应贴近企业实际,采取灵活多样的培训方式、教学方法以及组织管理形式,从而提高员工技能型培训水平和效果,实现校企共同培养技能型人才的目标。

Utilizing the on-campus training base to train the employees; skills through college-enterprise cooperation can give full play to the practical training equipments in the training base, the teaching resource and technology power on the campus of the higher vocational colleges, improve the employees＂ skill level and comprehensive qualities, promote the further development of the enterpri- ses, and reach the win-win situation of ＂complementing advantages mutually, sharing resources, be- ing mutually beneficial and developing together＂. Higher vocational colleges should keep close to the reality of the enterprises, adopt flexible and various training ways, teaching methods and administra- tion styles, improve the employees＇ skill training level and effect, and reach the target of training skilled talents by colleges and enterprises together.
