摘要
运用结构方程模型计量分析我国74家软件企业组织间知识联系对企业创新绩效的影响,结果表明,组织间知识联系与知识网络结构显著正相关,而知识网络结构与企业技术创新绩效也显著正相关。
This paper uses structural equation model to analyze the influences of the inter-organizational knowledge links between 74 Chinese software companies on these companies＇ innovation performance. The result shows that the inter-organizational knowledge links are positively correlated with the knowledge network structure, which is also positively correlated with technological innovation performance.
