摘要 本文主要论证了直辐式远红外烘芯炉在砂芯烘干质量和能量有效利用等方面,都优于侧辐式远红外烘芯炉;对直辐式烘芯炉辐射器的整体布置问题作了讨论,最后对我厂直辐式和侧辐式两台烤芯炉实际运行效果作了比较。 This paper analyses the general layout of rediators in core oven. Through compared their burning-off result for core and energy utilization by two kinds of far-infrared core ovens, one is direct radial and other is side radial, gets the follwing conclusion that the direct radial far-infrared core oven has the advantage of the side redial one on two above-mentioned respects. This paper also tries to set up some design principles for the direct radial far-infrared core over.
