摘要
以火焰原子吸收光谱法对不同产地同一品种山药中的Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg、K、Zn、Cu、Na等金属元素含量进行测定分析. 结果显示所有样品中均含有这8种金属元素, 加标回收率在92.71% - 100.19% 之间,RSD 为0.27% -1.96%. 不同产地山药中金属元素含量存在差异,河南温县山药金属元素含量最高.
In this paper, we determined the contents of metal elements, such as Fe, Mn, Ca, Mg, K, Zn, Cu and Na, in Dioscorea Opposita samples of the same variety from different producing areas by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that all of the samples contained the eight metal elements, the recovery was between 92.71% and 100.19%, and RSD was between 0.27% and 1.96%. The contents of metal elements in the Dioscorea Opposita samples from different producing areas were different; and the content of metal elements in Dioscorea Opposita sample from Wenxian Henan was highest in comparison with other samples.
