锁定钢板与解剖型钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Efficacy on Locking Plate and Anatomical Plate for Distal Femoral Fractures

目的对比分析锁定钢板与解剖型钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2008年7月至2012年2月来我院就诊治疗的股骨远端骨折68例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例患者,对照组患者采用锁定钢板内固定,观察组患者采用解剖型钢板内固定,对比分析两组患者的治疗优良率及并发症情况。结果观察组患者治疗优良率79.4%;对照组患者治疗优良率为94.1%,P<0.05。结论锁定钢板治疗股骨远端骨折疗效好且不良反应发生率低,是一种理想的治疗股骨远端骨折的内固定方式。

Objective To compare clinical efficacy of locking plate and anatomical plate for distal femoral fractures. Methods From February 2008 to July 2012,68 distal femoral fractures patients were chosen in our hospital, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 34 patients in the control group were treated with locking plate fixation, 30 observation patients were treated with anatomic plate fixation, the comparative analysis of two groups of patients with excellent treatment rates and complications. Results The group of patients with excellent rate of 79.4%; control group patients was 94.1% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The lock plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures has a good effect and low incidence of adverse reactions, it is an ideal treatment of distal femoral fracture internal fixation.
