依那普利与硝苯地平治疗心绞痛的疗效比较

Efficacy Comparison of Enalapril and Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets in the Treatment of Angina

目的比较观察依那普利与硝苯地平控释片治疗心绞痛的疗效。方法将2010年2月至2012年2月,于门诊收治的86例心绞痛患者随机分为硝苯地平组和依那普利组,每组43例,比较观察两组疗效。结果两组心电图改善和症状改善疗效总有效率分别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及硝酸甘油消耗量的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。硝苯地平组治疗后LVEF水平明显低于同期依那普利组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利与硝苯地平治疗心绞痛的疗效相似,但依那普利改善左心室收缩功能较硝苯地平组强,为治疗心绞痛提供更多的选择。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of Nifedipine controlled-release tablets and enalapril in the treatment of angina. Methods From Apr.2010 to Apr 2012, 86 cases of angina were randomly divided into Nifedipine controlled-release tablets group and enalapril group with each group of 43 cases. Then The clinical efficacy were observed and compared between those 2 groups. Results There were no significant differences in the total effective rates of symptom and ECG between 2 groups（F〉0.05）. There were no significan differences in the times of angina, duration of angina and nitroglycer in consumption between 2 groups（P〉0.05）.However, the LVEF level in enalapfil group was significantly higher than that in nifedipine controlled- release tablets group after treatment, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipine controlled-release tablets are similar to enalapril in the treatment of angina, but enalapril can improve the left ventricular systolic function, which provides more choices for therapy of angina.
