明玉珍及其大夏国本末(上)

Ming Yuzhen and the History of the Great Xia

元末 ,明玉珍受命“至夔州府哨粮” ,乘机攻占重庆 ,1363年建立大夏国 ,拥有全川 ,并从政治、经济、文化、宗教、军事各方面采取了一系列行动 ,对于安定四川有积极作用。1371年 ,大夏国被明朝灭亡。

Towards the end of Yuan Dnasty , Ming Yuzhen received orders to collect grain in Kuizhou and occupied Chongqing. In 1363, he established the Great Xia covering Sichuan. Ever since , a number of actions were taken in politics, economy, culture, religion and military affair , which brought about peace and stability to Sichuan. In 1371, the Great Xia was overthrown by Ming Dynasty.
