某市城区中小学生2010年视力的不良状况分析

Primary and Middle School Students' Bad Vision Condition Analysis in A City During 2010

目的了解诸城市中小学生视力不良状况,为中小学生视力不良防治措施的制定提供科学依据。方法根据《中国学生体质与健康调研实施方案和细则》的要求,按照整群抽样的方法,抽取诸城市城区28601名中小学生进行检测。结果 2010年诸城市城区中小学生视力不良检出率为57.17%,女生视力不良检出率(61.59%)明显高于男生(53.48%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=190.24,P<0.01)。各年级学生视力不良患病率均随年级的增加而升高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6916.03,P<0.01)。各年级学生视力不良程度构成差异有统计学意义(χ2=1723.29,P<0.01),男、女生视力不良程度构成差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.58,P<0.01)。结论诸城市城区中小学生视力不良检出率随年级的增加呈持续上升的趋势,需多方共同努力,采取有效措施,做好视力不良的防治工作。

Objective To explore the overall conditions of bad vision for primary and middle school students in Zhucheng, to provide the scientic basis for measures drafting of poor vision prevention and curing Methods According to the ＂Chinese students＇ and health research plan and detailed rules＂ ＇s request, using the cluster sampling method, in Zhucheng city ,28601 primary and middle school students was choosed for testing. Results In the year of 2010, among primary and middle school students in Zhucheng city, the poor vision rate is 57.17%, the poor vision detection rate （61.59%） for female students was much higher than that of male students （53.48%）, the difference was statistically significant （the chi-square = 190.24, P〈0.01 ）. students＇ poor vision rates increased with the grade rising, the difference was statistically significant （the chi-square = 6916.03, P〈0.01）. the difference for students＇ poor vision rate of each grade are significant （the chi-square = 1723.29, P〈0.01）, the difference for poor vision rate for male and female students was significant （the chi-square = 37.58, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion In Zhucheng city, the poor vision rate for primary and middle school students have a rising trend with the increase of grade. All partys are needed to work hard together, to take effective measures for the prevention and curing for poor vision.
