16排螺旋CT多平面重组、曲面重组及容积再现对埋伏牙的临床应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨16排螺旋CT多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)及容积再现(VR)对埋伏牙的临床应用价值。资料与方法应用16排螺旋CT对38例埋伏牙患者进行各向同性的容积扫描,在东芝工作站上进行MPR、CPR及VR三维重组。结果 16排螺旋CT横断面图像、三维立体图像及多平面图像清楚地显示了埋伏牙牙齿的形状、埋伏的深度、离唇侧或腭侧方向的距离、牙齿萌出的方向,还有与周围组织结构的关系。结论 16排螺旋CT MPR、CPR及VR图像可以准确地显示埋伏牙的形态、位置、萌出方向及与周围组织的关系,可作为埋伏牙治疗的精确检查手段。 Objective To evaluated the clinical value of multiplanar reconstrction(MPR), cured planar reconstrction (CPR) and volume-rendering (VR)with 16- row spiral CT in the Impacted teeth. Materials and Methods Volume data of isotropic scanning for 38cases with Impacted teeth was performed using 16- row spiral CT, the MPR, CPR and VR image were reconstruction by TOSHIBA workstation. Results Image along the transverse axis by 16-row spiral CT, MPR reconstructions, CPR reconstructions and VR reconstructions could display the shape, location and eruption orientation of the impacted teeth clearly. Conclusion MPR imaging, CPR imaging and VR imaging of 16- row spiral CT could clearly display the shape, location and eruption orientation of the impacted teeth. It can be used as one exact examining instrument for treatment.
