异常Q波的临床鉴别分析(附50例报道)

目的了解异常Q波发生机制及其病理意义,以提高临床利用心电图快速诊断疾病的水平。方法收集我院2008年3月至2010年5月心电图有异常Q波的50例患者进行心电图分析。结果异常Q波是心肌梗死的一种典型心电图改变,但并不是所有异常Q波都是心肌梗死,非梗死型异常Q波各具有特征性心电图改变,可在心肌病、心肌炎、肺气肿、肺栓塞、预激综合征等患者的心电图上出现。结论心电图上出现异常Q波未必是心肌梗死,有很多非梗死性疾病也可出现异常Q波,要注意观察异常Q波的特点结合临床全面分析,并注意其动态变化,避免误诊误治。

Objective To understand the mechanism of abnormal Q-wave and its pathological significance, in order to improve the clinical diagnosis of disease using standard ECG fast. Methods Collected in our hospital in March 2008 -2010 May ECG abnormal Q waves in 50 patients for ECG analysis. Results Abnormal Q-wave myocardial infarction is a typical ECG changes, but not all are abnormal Q-wave myocardial infarction, non-Q-wave infarction, abnormalities of the ECG with a characteristic change in cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, pulmonary emphysema, pulmonary embolism, in patients with WPW syndrome, the ECG appears. Conclusion Abnormal findings on ECG Q-wave myocardial infarction may r^t be, there are many non-infarct disease can also be abnormal Q waves, abnormal Q waves to observe the characteristics of a comprehensive analysis of clinical and pay attention to thedynamic changes, to avoid misdiagnosis.
