淬火温度及碳化物含量对马氏体球铁抗三体磨损的抗反复冲击性能的影响

摘要 本文探讨了淬火温度及碳化物含量对马氏体球铁抗三体磨损和抗反复冲击性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着淬火温度提高或碳化物含量增加,都促使抗三体磨损性能增高,却使抗反复冲击性能下降。为了获得既有较好的抗三体磨损性能,又有一定的抗反复冲击性能的马氏体球铁,其淬火温度控制在830-860℃范围,碳化物含量控制在5-12%范围。 This paper studied the influences of quenching temperature and carbide volume fraction on the properties (three-body abrasion resistance and repeated impact resistance) of martensitic ductile iron, The experimental results showed that as quenching temperature or/and carbide volume fraction incresaed, three-body abrasion resistance increased but repeated impact resistance fell. In order to obtain essential repeated impact resistance as. well as satisfactory three-body abrasion resistance, the quenching temperature should be controlled in the range of 830-860℃ and the carbide volume fraction 5-12%.
