摘要
本文论述了金属炉料搭棚与炉胆内壁变形有关,以及炉胆变形与导热性、焊透性、上升的炉气不能规律性的热交换的因果关系。根据熔化原理,提供设计制造铸铁热风炉胆的工艺过程和利用导程刮板的造型方法。
This paper started from the fact that the irregular deformation on the inside wall of the recuperator inflenced the melting and caused the charge materials to bridge. The reasons of deformation related to the heat conduction and welding quality as well as the uneven convection with the rising flue gas in cupola were also analized. The technical processing of designing and producing the cast iron recuperator for hot blast cupola is available.
