A Discussion about the Artificial Aging of Gray Cast Iron Casting

本文运用生产实例,结合理论分析、阐明了普通灰口铸铁件,无须进行热时效处理的道理,对降低铸铁成本,改善工作环境等具有现实指导意义。

By means of theoretical analyses and production examples this paper expounds the principles which have no need of heated aging treatment for common grey iron castings. It can reduce the casting costs and improve the working environment, therefore it possesses practical sigificance.
