金属型铝铸件硬度与强度和延伸率之间的关系初探

The Relations Between Ultimatic Tensile Strength Vs. Brinell Hardness, and Between Elongation Vs. HB of Aluminium Castings Cast in Permanent Mold

本文对安吉铸造厂300多炉次两种牌号铝铸件的机械性能检验指标进行了回归分析,得出了硬度与强度和延伸率间的经验公式,列出了适合工厂应用的表格,并正在工厂实践中检验。

Some fundamental works have been done under certain conditions to find out the relations between U. T. S. and HB, and between EL and HB. The results of mechanical properties in aluminium castings were analysed repeatedly by computer. Some empirical formulas were then obtained. (Six formulas for three categories). These formulas exepress the rule as regards the linear relations between HB and U. T. S. as wellas EL and HB. Instead of destructure tension test the nondestructive hardness test can be effctively applied. According to this idea, some tables of the relations between HB and U·T·S. and between HB and EL were established and are being tested in some factories.
