The Application of Computers Aided Optimizing Calculation in Cupola Charges

本文对冲天炉传统手工配料计算存在的问题进行了分析,提出用单纯形法进行优化配料的数学模型及程序。使得配料计算工作实现了程序化及成本最优化。

This paper analyzed the problems existing in the conventional manual methods for determining cupola charges. The mathematical models and programs by using 'seeking-best-solution from matrix' have been proposed to realize the best arrangement of cupola charges. In this way, the combination of cupola charges can be realized through programizing, standardization and optimization.
