中西医结合外治下肢溃疡的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨中西医结合外治下肢溃疡的疗效。方法:将100例下肢溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例患者采用疡愈膏换药,对照组50例患者在患处使用0.1%雷伏奴尔纱布湿敷;两组均采用红外线照射伤口30min,然后伤口吹氧15 min,隔日一次。治疗1个疗程后对比伤口愈合情况。结果:治疗组50例患者,痊愈42例,好转5例,无效3例,总有效率为94%;对照组50例患者,痊愈30例,好转12例,无效8例,总有效率为84%。两组治疗效果比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论:中西医结合外治下肢溃疡疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
