近年来,文化软实力的研究取得了丰硕的成果,其中区域文化软实力研究逐渐成为研究的热点。区域文化软实力研究是中国学者对文化软实力理论的发展,是针对中国国情提出的软实力发展新思路。本文从山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋文化软实力的提出背景出发,对山东半岛海洋文化软实力建设进行了必要性分析,并阐发了建设优势、劣势以及所需遵守的原则,并据此提出了对应之策,以期对海洋文化软实力的建设有所裨益。
