山东半岛蓝色经济区循环经济体系构建

摘要 山东半岛蓝色经济区是国家区域开放战略的重要组成部分,但目前该区域面临发展空间受限、资源消耗过量、经济开发与环境保护还不协调等问题。因此,发展循环经济,对提升该区域环境质量、促进地区经济社会持续协调发展,具有重大的意义。本研究在阐释区域循环经济体系构建的一般理论基础上,分析山东半岛蓝色经济区循环经济体系的构建模式及运行模式,最后提出山东半岛蓝色经济区发展循环经济的政策保障。 The blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula is an important part of National Regional Opening-up Strategy. However, the region faces the problem of limited space for development, excessive consumption of resources, the in coordination of economic development and environmental protection etc at present. The development of circular economy is of great significance to improve the regional environmental quality and the coordinate development of society and economy.
