图纹结构Co/Pt多层膜的制备及垂直磁各向异性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用自组装技术制备大面积有序聚苯乙烯微球模板.在此基础上,制备Co/Pt多层膜纳米碗列阵阵列.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品表面形貌和磁性进行了分析.结果表明:纳米碗阵列保留了聚苯乙烯微球模板的有序形貌.磁性多层膜随着Pt或Co厚度的增大,矫顽力和Mr/Ms变化的总体趋势是先增大后减小.随着衬底胶体球半径的增加,曲率诱导作用逐渐减弱,矫顽力降低. We prepare a Co/Pt muhilayer nano bowl array on a that was prepared using the self-assembly technology, and large template of ordered polystyrene microspheres then analyze the surface and magnetism of the multilayer with SEM and VSM. The results show the nano bowl array preserved the ordered pattern of the ordered polystyrene microspheres template. The magnetism of the muhilayer first increased and then decreased with the increases of the thickness of Pt or Co and the changes of coercivity and Mr/M5. Coercivity will be lessened with the increases of the radius of the spheres on the template, as the curvature inducing effect gradually losing force.
