The current situation and development of global chemical industry was simple discussed. The current situation of global chemical industry were high concentration and monopoly, readjustment of invest distribution, improvement of technical content and addition value of manufacture, and chemical industry transitting from developed country to developing country. Besides, the development trend of global chemical industry were refinement of product, clean waste and realization of high efficiency of production, and diversifing of raw material.
