摘要 延长石油永坪炼油厂120×104t/a催化裂化装置(下简称Ⅱ套催化装置)油浆密度一直偏低,控制困难,导致装置总液收损失较大,整体效益下降。因此,控制油浆密度已成为亟待解决的问题。本文对Ⅱ套催化装置油浆密度偏低的问题,经过原因分析,提出了优化操作的方法,并进行了实践,有效地提高了油浆密度,并对进一步改进提出了意见。 The slurry oil density of 120×10^4t/a catalytic cracking unit (the 1I set of catalytic unit for short below) of Yongping Refinery Plant of Yanchang Petroleum Group Refinery Company WAS always on the low side and difficult to control, which led big loss of the total fluid yield and decrease of economic benefit. Therefore, to control oil slurry density became a burning problem to be solved. The reasons of low slurry oil density of the II set of catalytic unit were analyzed and the method of optimum operation were put forward, then put it into practices and effectively improved the density of the slurry oil. At last, some advice to further improvement were proposed.
