摘要
结合《国家环境技术管理体系建设规划》,提出了我国环境管理体系存在的主要问题,分析了生产VC时提取工段清洁生产技术的优缺点及适用性,并应用层次分析法对清洁生产技术进行筛选。建立了VC行业清洁生产技术评价指标体系,用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,利用综合评价值(C值)法进行VC生产过程中提取工段清洁生产技术的评价,通过评价提出VC生产提取工段最佳可行技术。
In combination with the Construction plan of the National Environmental Technology Management System, this article put forward the main problems of our environmental management applicability of the cleaner production technologies in extraction section system; analyze the advantages,disadvantages and during the production of VC;use analytic hierarchy process to screen the cleaner production technologies. First, establish cleaner production technology evaluation and index system; second, get the weight of each index by using analytic hierarchy process;finally, evaluate the clean production technology of the extract section with the comprehensive evaluation (C value) method during VC production process,put forward the best available techniques by evaluating extraction section of the VC production.
