摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定贝类食品中的记忆缺失性贝毒软骨藻酸。软骨藻酸经适当甲醇水提取,经过阴离子柱净化,用高效液相色谱仪进行检测,外标法定量方法。方法定量限为200μg/kg,回收率大于88.0%。该方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏、适用性强,能满足贝类食品中软骨藻酸的测定。 A HPLC method of rapid detecting the domoic acid in shellfish was developed in the present study. Domoic acid in the shellfish samples were extracted with methanol-water and cleaned up by passing through SPE anion exchange cartridge. The residue was determined by HPLC with UV lamp at 310 nm and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the limit of determination of the method was 200μg/kg, the recovery rate was higher than 88.0%. This method was simple, efficient, accurate, agility, applicability strong to detect domoic acid in shellfish.
