高能锤击制样机用于研究冲击造型型砂

自行设计了一台高能锤击制样机,使用该装置在和空气冲击造型机对比试验的基础上,发现两者在型砂的紧实特性之间存在着对应的关系,用高能锤击制样机做出的四参数网络图,具有较大的应用价值。

A high-energy rammer was designed in this article. On the basis of comparision it is found that both the high-energy rammer and the air-impact moulding mac- hine had the same properties on the aspect of the compaction of moulding sand. The four parame- ter network-diagram got with the high-energy rammer had cer- tain value for practical produc- tion.
