摘要
为了解决吉7井区因采出稠油黏度高、集输能耗大引起的集输困难,有必要分析稠油集输系统方案。通过结合吉7井区稠油特性,筛选出两套可行的集输方案:掺热水集输方案和乳化降黏集输方案。利用实验数据和PIPEPHASE模拟软件分别对这两套集输方案进行集输距离及能耗的模拟分析。通过论证,乳化降黏集输方案更适合吉7井区的开发,其集输安全距离达2216 m,与掺热水集输方案相比可节约集输能耗72.3%。因此,选择乳化降黏集输方案,为吉7井区高效节能开发奠定技术基础。
In order to solve the gathering and transportation difficulties caused by high viscosity and high gathering energy consumption,the existing gathering and transportation technology for viscous oil must be analyzed.Considering the characteristics of viscous oil,the hot water gathering technology and emulsifier gathering technology should be selected.The energy consumption and transportation distance of the two gathering and transportation plans have been analyzed by using the experimental data and PIPEPHASE simulation software.Through demonstration,the emulsifier gathering technology is more suitable for Ji 7 well area.The safety distance is 2 216 m.By comparing with hot water gathering technology,it can save the energy consumption for gathering and transportation by 72.3%.Emulsifier gathering technology is the technological foundation for efficient development of Ji 7 well area.
