摘要
为解决GJ油田湖区三管流程热损失大、系统效率低、防水性能差、管线外腐蚀穿孔严重等问题,采用单管电伴热工艺对湖区集输流程进行了系统改造,并根据湖区生产特点,对中频电伴热工艺进行了多方面改进。工程投产后经历了夏季洪水及冬季低温考验,湖区油井生产运行正常,经工程投产前后的节能测试评价,节能率达4 0%以上。该工程的改造建设和运行对于油田老区的流程改造具有重要的指导意义。
In order to solve the great heat loss,the low system efficiency,poor waterproof performance,and corrosion and boring of outside pipeline of three-line flow,the gathering system has been developed systematically by using single-pipe electrical tracing process in Lake block of GJ oilfield. Mid-frequency electrical tracing process has been modified according to the production characteristics of Lake block.Undergoing the summer's flooding and winter's lower temperatures,the wells in Lake block can operate normally after the project put into production.The energy-saving testing evaluation shows that the efficient rate is more than 40%before and after of project implement. The reconstruction and operation of the system are important to guide the flow improvement of mature oil zones.
