肯尼迪政府与1961年联合国的中国代表权之争 被引量：10

摘要 １９６１年美台当局在联合国中国代表权问题上面临失败，肯尼迪政府力图改取“重要问题案”，蒋介石坚持沿用“延期审议案”。紧张的交涉引起美台关系的危机。深层原因涉及肯尼迪酝酿调整对华政策。肯尼迪最后向蒋介石作出必要时否决中华人民共和国进入联合国的秘密保证，并以美国利益的重大让步，换取台湾当局接受“重要问题案”策略。
