摘要
将加热至一定温度的邻苯二甲酸酐和甲醇,送入装有催化剂强阳离子交换树脂的串联列管式固定床连续催化试验装置,在催化剂的作用下连续反应生成邻苯二甲酸二甲酯。最佳反应条件为:在n(甲醇)/n(苯酐)=2、空速1h-1、反应压力1MPa,温度130℃的条件下,采用下进料方式,在催化剂选用A45阳离子交换树脂,催化剂的含水量为0.5%以下时,酯化反应产率可达90%以上。用试验合成的DMP增塑的PVC的力学性能接近用邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)和用己二酸二辛酯(DOA)增塑的PVC。
Dimethyl phthalate was catalytic synthesized by added phthalic anhydride and methanol which were heating beforehand to a certain temperature into a series tubes fixed-bed continuous test device which loaded a strong acid cation exchange resin as catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions are: n(methand)/n(phthalie anhydride) eqnal to 2, space velocity is 1 h^-1, reaction pressure is 1 MPa, reaction temperature is 30 ℃, feeding mode is entering under bottom, the catalyst is A45 cation exchange resin in which water content is less than 0.5%, the yield of esferification is over 90%. The mechanical properties of PVC which plasticized by DMP is close to ones plasticized by DOP or DOA.
