提高抗抑郁治疗临床有效率策略的药理学研究进展

摘要 临床有效率是指药物治疗的效果与耐受性之间的平衡状态,意味着患者的总体生命质量与功能的改善以及对治疗满意度的提高。临床有效率是抗抑郁药长期治疗以及预防复发治疗所关注的重点。目前研究显示,提高临床有效率的方式为在提高现有药物的疗效以及开发新的不同作用靶点及机制的新型抗抑郁药。本文就上述两种方式近三年的研究文献进行综述,综合文献信息提示,某些现有药物治疗增效策略可以提高临床有效率,
