On Strengthening the Team Building of the Coal Mine Team Leader

煤矿班组长是现场安全生产的直接组织者、执行者和落实者,班组长的能力水平和整体素质对矿井安全生产具有决定性作用;分析了当前煤矿班组长选拔任用、班队长的综合管理能力、安全意识以及班组长的培训、后备班组长的培养等方面存在的问题,并针对问题,提出了解决措施和对策。

Coal team leader is the direct organizer, executor and practitioner of the on-site safety production. The ability and overall quality of the team leader play a decisive role on mine safety produc tion. This paper analyzes current problems, such as the selection and appointment of team leader, the comprehensive management capabilities of team leader, security awareness and the training of team leader and the reserve, and finally suggests some solutions.
