基于云端计算的高校信息化解决方案构想

A Informationization Solution to University Based on Cloud Computing

我国高校目前还处于信息化发展的平台期,存在着资金不足、资源整合不足以及资源利用率较低等问题。而基于云端计算的高校信息化解决方案可以较好地解决这一系列问题。该方案以政府为主导,成立高校信息化联盟,扶持云端服务提供商构建云端高校教育信息化平台,向各高校提供云端信息服务。该平台产学研一体化的方式可以降低高校信息化的投入,提升资源的利用率,不足之处是初期筹建涉及面广,协同难度较大。

The university is now in the plateau phase of informationization procedure, attended by lacking of funds, inadequate resourcing and low usage efficiency. According to the situation, the paper propoundes an informationization solution about university based on cloud computing. In the solution, the government is in dominant, with an informationization alliance established. A service suppher provides informationizatinn solution to university based on Cloud Computing with government support. The solution reduces investment as well as improves using efficiency based on the integration of production, teaching and research. However, the preparations for the setting up of the solution are difficult for its great cooperation.
