海上石油平台一线员工青年高血压相关因素研究

The etiological study on young hypertension among offshore operation personnel

目的分析某石油公司海上平台一线员工青年高血压的流行病学特征及其相关危险因素。方法对181例18～44岁的海上平台一线员工测量血压、体重,计算体质指数(BMI),分析青年高血压的发病因素。结果海上平台作业人员高血压患者更加趋于年轻化。结论海上平台作业人员的心理因素、饮食习惯、运动锻炼缺乏等因素是造成青年高血压问题日益严重的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and relative risk factors of young adults with high blood pressure. Methods Measured blood pressure,weight and calculate BMI of offshore operation personnel,then analysed the pathogenic factors of young hypertension. Results Offshore operation personnel hypertension patients tended to be more younger. Conclusion Non healthy lifestyle（drinking, smoking,less exercises） and mental pressure are more harmful to young people, these are the main risk factors of voun~ adults with high blood pressure.
