摘要随着药物洗脱支架（DES）植入增多,术后支架内血栓等事件也相应增加,因此需要更加积极抗血小板治疗以减少主要不良心脏事件。经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）围手术期给以高维持剂量氯吡格雷可以改善植入支架的ACS患者的临床预后,但高维持剂量氯吡格雷在老年患者应用是否同样安全,相关研究不多。本研究旨在评价300mg负荷量加，
