中国农村土地承包经营权流转研究进展与展望

Progress and Prospect of China's Rural Land Contracting Right

我国对农村土地承包经营权流转的研究起步较晚,研究文献比较少。本文对近几年农村土地流转的研究文献进行综述,主要侧重于土地流转的形式、动因、存在问题、对策方面的研究成果,系统反映国内农村土地承包经营权流转研究发展动态。研究后可知,目前农村土地流转形式创新模式的理论研究相对较少,土地流转政治动因分析不足,土地流转存在问题的研究内容相对狭隘,解决对策缺少土地产权制度上的突破与创新。在此基础上对土地流转重点研究方向进行了展望。

Our country＇s rural land contracting right research is of a late start and research literature is inadequate. This paper reviewed research literature about rural land contracting right in recent years, mainly focused on the form,motivation,problems and measures of land transfer, reflecting the research and development of our country＇s rural land contracting right systematically. After researching, it shows that theoretical study of the forms of innovative models of rural land transfer is inadequate, political analysis of land transfer is insufficient, land transfer research problems are relatively narrow and solutions are lack of breakthroughs and innovations of the land property rights system. On this basis, author focus on the key research direction of the prospect of land transfer.
