不同粒径球阻抗理论计算方法及其实验验证

Calculation method and experimental certification of impedance of spheres with different diameters

摘要 建立不同粒径球阻抗理论计算方法,提出球阻抗理论计算公式为6ρ/pd(ρ和d分别为球材料电阻率和球粒径),球阻抗理论计算数值与球粒径呈反比。通过实验测量3种不同粒径钢球阻抗数值,实验结果与理论计算相近。为计算不同粒径阻抗编码微球的理论阻抗数值提供数学公式。 To set up the theoretical calculation method for impedance of spheres in sizes, we put forward the calculation formula 6 p/πd (p and d represent sphere material resistivity and diameter , respectively) , which indicated that the numerical value of impedance was in inverse proportion to the diameter. We detected three sorts of microsphere and found that the bigger the size was,the smaller the value of impedance would be. Our conclusion manifested high similarity to the theoretical results. This study would provide a mathe- matical formula to calculate the theoretical impedance values of different sizes impedance coding micro- spheres.
