摘要
排班制度不合理,薪酬福利低,培训工作不到位,领导管理水平有限,工作条件差,企业文化建设薄弱等一系列问题,造成星级饭店基层员工满意度偏低。采取弹性工作制,建立科学的薪酬制度,强化职业发展培训,提高领导管理水平,优化工作环境氛围,加强企业文化建设,是进一步提高星级饭店基层员工满意度的有效手段。
Series of questions, such as unreasonable scheduling system, low pay and benefits, inefficiency training, limited leadership and management level, poor working conditions, weak enterprise culture, will result in lob satisfaction of junior staff in star hotels. In order to enhance junior employee satisfaction in star hotels, some effective means, such as taking a flexible working system, establishing a scientific remuneration system, enhancing vo- cational training, improving leaders'management level, providing good environment, and strengthening the enterprise culture, wilt be adopted.
